This means that we can cater to a wide variety of guests and guarantee the same high quality of food and service whether you are having 12 guests or 350.
With a desire to please and an experienced team full of enthusiasm and imagination, here are just a few of the bespoke details we have created…
- Created a mojito sorbet course to have the couple’s favourite drink feature in their wedding meal
- Had a Motorbike & Trike driven into the dance floor so the couple could include their other passion in their big day
- Set up milk churns and hay bales to give a country barn dance feel to an evening event
- Made a disney theme wedding come true with details such as the shortbread being made in the shape of mickey mouse
- Had our pastry Chef create French Macaroon Towers instead of wedding cake
- Sourced full rounds of Irish Cheeses for an alternative to wedding cake and a perfect evening buffet
- Offered white chocolate in our chocolate fountain to ensure a chocolate loving bride could enjoy without fearing for her dress

Pearl Package – This includes all you need within the wedding reception, but leaves you complete freedom for selecting other suppliers such as your photographer and florist.
Deluxe Platinum Package – This includes everything except the rings, band and honeymoon! With a choice of expert providers so you can still choose your own style, but with the minimum of hassle.
