Samantha – Rising Star Award

We are absolutely delighted that our receptionist, Samantha was awarded a Rising Star award from the Northern Ireland Hotel Federation. Since joining the White Horse Hotel, Samantha has shown intelligence, adaptability, and exceptional professionalism. From her start as a marketing intern to her current role as receptionist, she consistently goes above and beyond, delivering outstanding service. Calm, reliable, and driven, Samantha handles every challenge with maturity beyond her years. She leads by example, and is now balancing part-time work with a Marketing degree at Ulster University. A true asset to the team and a future leader in the making, Samantha is everything a Rising Star should be.
