A welcoming, beautifully decorated and airy space, our recently renovated dining room features stylish flourishes, an al fresco area and a stunning 14ft indoor blossom tree – the perfect backdrop to your special meal.
Head chef Noel Ward and his talented team have created a menu of classic and exotic signature dishes, with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast such as French toast laden with fresh fruit, or a sizzling traditional fry-up chose lunch from our range of light bites, healthy and heartier options; or enjoy a mouth-wateringly memorable dinner and indulgent desserts, accompanied by selections from our extensive wine list.
Our Sunday carvery lunch is also hugely popular. A four-course feast, it offers excellent value for money and is ideal for a family day out.
Local suppliers and a LegenDerry taste
Our evolving menus feature the best local produce from land and sea, including fresh fish from Greencastle, and seasonal herbs handpicked here in The White Horse Hotel’s own garden.
As an accredited member of the LegenDerry food and drink network, we champion the finest homegrown ingredients and suppliers including Lo & Slo BBQ sauces and innovative new craft beers and spirits.
And we always include a Lebanese-inspired dish, in tribute to our owners, the Horshi family’s, roots in Lebanon.
Outdoor dining and private events
In fine weather, step outside to our outdoor dining area and enjoy your meal surrounded by Cypress trees and twinkling fairy lights.
For larger groups or special occasions, private dining options and our spacious function rooms are available. Specially catered menus and bespoke options can also be arranged. Please contact the hotel with your request and we would be delighted to assist.
Join us on Saturday evenings and during Sunday lunch as our resident pianist entertains you on our Baby Grand piano.

Breakfast: 7am – 10am Monday – Saturday and 7.30am to 10.30am Sunday
Lunch: 12noon to 5pm Monday – Saturday
Sunday Lunch: 12noon – 3.30pm
Dinner: 5pm – 9.30pm
